Do I need to know anything technical to get going? No. If you can use a spreadsheet you will be fine, and the setup flow walks through the parts that are not obvious. How long does setup take? Most people are up and running in under fifteen minutes. Importing existing data is the part that varies — a clean file takes minutes, a messy one takes an afternoon. Can I get my data back out? Always, in a standard format, without asking us. We think being easy to leave is part of being worth staying with. What happens if something breaks? Write to us and a human replies, usually the same day. We publish what went wrong afterwards if it affected more than one person. Is there anything you deliberately do not do? Yes, and we would rather say so up front than have you find out three weeks in. If you need something we do not cover, ask before you commit — we will tell you honestly.
